Cowra Council offers a unique recycling inititiave in which residents who bring-in 25 plastic shopping bags to our Customer Service Centre at 116 Kendal St are entitled to one re-usable shopping bag. This project aims to encourage recycling in our community and reduce the amount of one-use, disposable bags being dumped in general waste.
