Cowra Heavy Vehicle Bypass REF and Options Report

As part of Council's consultation regarding the upgrade of Kendal Street, the local community expressed concerns regarding the conflict in the CBD between pedestrians and heavy vehicles.

In 2012, Council engaged GHD to prepare a report which investigated the options available for a heavy vehicle bypass of Cowra's CBD in Kendal Street. The final options report can be downloaded here(PDF, 30MB) .

In 2014, Geolyse was engaged to prepare a Review of Environmental Factors (REF) for the preferred route. The final REF and appendices can be found below.
