Food for Mood: A Nutrition and Cooking Workshop for young people

Ever wondered why some foods make you feel calm, focused, or full of energy — while others leave you sluggish or moody? Our Food & Mood workshop is all about unlocking the secret link between what’s on your plate and how you feel.

The best part? We’ll be cooking together! You’ll learn how to make fresh rice paper rolls, tasty smoothies, and muffins that are actually good for you. No fancy skills needed — just come along, roll up your sleeves, and have fun making (and eating!) food with others.

This is about feeling good, not being perfect.
You’ll pick up easy tips, try out recipes you can recreate at home, and share a meal in a relaxed, friendly space.

Come as you are, bring your mates if you like, and leave with a full belly and some fresh ideas for fuelling your mind and body!
