Feral Animal Baiting - Airport Area

Cowra Shire Council and Central Tablelands Local Land Services have identified a feral animal issue within the boundaries of the Cowra Airport and adjacent farm land. 

There is a planned eradication of the feral animal/s using 1080 poison from the evening of the 15 February 2023 to the morning of the 17 February 2023. Any remaining poison after this time will be disposed of, as per EPA regulations.

Residents are advised to be aware of the location of their domestic pets during this period, and restrict them from entering lands clearly identified by signage.
