Pop-up Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination clinic

A pop-up Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination clinic is headed to Cowra on Thursday 9th December.
Cowra Community Health, 64 Liverpool Street, Cowra.
1pm - 3pm.
Looking for a 1st, 2nd or booster dose of Pfizer?
Head down to see the team - NO BOOKING NEEDED
Anyone ages 12 years and over is eligible.
If you're seeking a 2nd or booster Pfizer dose - please bring evidence of your previous vaccination(s)
Second doses MUST BE AT LEAST 21 DAYS after the first Pfizer dose.
Booster doses MUST BE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS after the second dose of any COVID vaccine.
Those aged 12-15 years must be accompanied by their parent, guardian or nominated carer.

Second doses will be organised as needed.
*** You will need to bring a form of identification and where able, your Medicare card ***
YOU MUST NOT ATTEND THIS VACCINATION CLINIC IF:
- You are waiting on a COVID-19 test result (except if it was a surveillance test only).
- You are a CONFIRMED close contact of a CONFIRMED positive COVID-19 case.
- You are unwell. If you have any COVID symptoms, get tested & isolate until you receive a negative test result.
