The Tidy Towns Committee apologises again for the unavoidable cancellation of the 2021 Recycled Art For Cowra Award (RAFCA) competition. However, 2022 is another, better and brighter year and our competition will definitely be on!
So if you had begun your projects on the theme of 'Celebrations and Holidays', please keep your creations for next year. If you have any storage trouble, please contact Council on ph: (02) 6340 2070 for assistance. We will be announcing competition details in the new school year, so stay tuned!
