Council documents, policies and development applications on public exhibition 

Council will often have documents, policies or development applications on public exhibition. These documents can be reviewed at Council's Customer Service Centre or alternatively, on this page. If no documents are listed on this page, there may be no public exhibition at present.

Policies or documents on public exhibition are firstly endorsed at a council meeting, then placed on public exhibition, normally for 28 days.

Development Applications on public exhibition are typically for 21 days.

Submissions regarding any documents on public exhibition can be made in writing before 4.30pm of the close of exhibition day of the public exhibition to:

Draft Cowra Council Section 7.11 & S7.12 Contribution Plans

Notice is hereby given that Cowra Council has prepared the following contribution plans:

The Draft Plans have been prepared pursuant to the requirements of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 and Clause 213 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2021.

At the Council’s Ordinary Meeting held 23 March 2026, the Draft Plans were endorsed for the purposes of public exhibition.

In accordance with Clause 213 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2021 and Section 5 of the Cowra Community Participation Plan, the Draft Plans will be on public exhibition for 29 days from Wednesday 8 April 2026 to Thursday 7 May 2026 (Anzac Day public holiday inclusive).

All members of the general public are invited to make a written submission to Council in relation to Draft Plans up until 4.30pm on Thursday 7 May 2026. Submissions should be addressed to:
